General Nursing and Midwifery
The Purpose of the General Nursing Programme is to Prepare a General nurse who will function as a member of the health team beginning with competencies for the first level position in both the hospital and community.
General Nursing and Midwifery is a basic course in Nursing practice, it prepares the nurse for basic bedside nursing.
The nurse who has completed GNM course will be able to provide care at health centers, hospitals, specialized hospitals and units, in schools, at maternity centers and in the community – any place where human beings are in need of care.

ELIGIBILITY / QUALIFICATIONS
Passed 10+2 from any recognized board with minimum 45% marks, preferably with arts, commerce and science.
Duration : 3 Years
Eligibility Criteria : 10+2 examination passed with English along with four Subject.
Obtain atleast 45% marks ( steam– Arts , Commerce , Science )
Age Limit -17 – 31 Years
Admission process : Desirable performance in joint Entrance Examination board ( JENPA Examination )
